On Wednesday I asked my friend how to Podcast. It's an embarrassing question, but one I think a lot of us have. She gave me a run down on where to find them on my phone and how to access different ones.

That moment changed me.

I have heard of a lot of Podcasts I wanted to get into, but I didn't know where to find them. That is all different now. One I was particularly excited to listen to was "Mortified." It is a series where adults read journals they wrote mostly when they were in high school and college. They are insanely hilarious.

I listened to The Mortified Podcast all day at school and looked completely insane laughing out loud. It couldn't be helped. I imagined I looked like the crazy lady on the bus who is always laughing at nothing. People must have thought I was laughing at the music I was listening to...I digress.

I have many favorites, but one that particularly got me was Episode 15 "Tynan: Peace! One Luv!" This guy ended all of his journals with "peace! one luv!" The way he reads his journals is absurdly hilarious. Oh. Also he thought he was a rapper. Yes please.

Episode 12 "Keri: Handies are OK" is a riot. It's about a very religious teenager trying to find out what is okay with God and what is not.

All of the stories are funny just because of how they are, but it is comedic gold because you get to the hear the people read their old journals themselves. They have live readings in various cities like Portland and Brooklyn and I want to go so badly.

Most likely, I will have a story or two to add when I look back on the journals I write now. hehe.

Choir Tour 2015.

This year, we went to St. Louis and Asheville on choir tour. Yes. Very different places I know.
On our way to St. Louis, we stopped in Paducah, KY. It was a typical overnight stop but I joked about it being the best part of the trip. I was fake obsessed with Paducah all trip. I tweeted like 50 tweets about it and then the town of Paducah TWEETED BACK AT ME. I'M THE ONLY PERSON THEY FOLLOW. THIS WORLD IS AMAZING.
St. Louis was not at all what I was expecting. The town is like a bunch of modern ruins. We didn't see many people, didn't see many places to shop, and didn't see many places to eat. It left all of us scratching our heads a little bit. Everything was either abandon or under construction. We still had a blast though because it's the people who make the trip and I happened to be surrounded by awesome people

In St. Louis we went to a Cardinals game (go cards!), went up in the Arch, GOT OUR MINDS BLOWN AT THE CITY MUSEUM, and went on a riverboat cruise (eh). We also got to go to Six Flags over St. Louis.

In Asheville we had fancy dinner and walked around while vibing out. I think I'm in love with Asheville.

Can't wait for next year! My final choir tour :( maybe I can wait. I'm not ready for these to stop.
