If you don't know Kelly Oxford, get to know Kelly Oxford.
This was my travel book while in St. Louis, Asheville, Denver, and Cimarron. Phew. More on those travels later.
Kelly Oxford is a screenwriter from Canada. She is open and outrageous. I often say that my favorite genre is "eccentric women" so this book played to my heart. I had been looking forward to reading this book for awhile after years of laugh-crying at all of Oxford's twitter and instagram posts.
This book is a collection of strange tales ranging from her early elementary days to her recent adult life. The little glimpses give you the impression that all of her life is out of control all the time which obviously is not the case. Still, it's fun to take a break from your own life, however hectic or orderly it may be, and throw yourself into the world of her craziest moments.
This is a fun light read and I do suggest it.
BONUS! She's working on a new book! Eek!
